Join us for an open discussion on brainwaves, frequencies and healing. Integrating eastern philosophies, we will discuss the neuroscience of trauma, healing, brain wave states and relative neural structures. We will demonstrate and observe shifts in brain waves through sound meditation and guided visualization and have an open discussion and a Q & A.
